The highly concentrated Gelatine solution is then subjected to high temperature sterilisation, chilled & set for drying.To maintain the high international standard the company uses filtered, washed, dried & sterilised air for this process. The Gelatine that has become hard & brittle is mechanically reduced to uniform granular size.
